WITH PRAYER & WORSHIP SINCE 2015

OUR MISSION &

OUR STORY

HIS STAGE Prayer Room is the prayer and worship covering behind everything we do at Love@Roo. Since 2015, this sacred space has held continuous intercession for the Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival—covering attendees, artists, workers, volunteers, and the city of Manchester itself in prayer.

Founded by the Alabaster House of Prayer in Manchester, Tennessee, RooHOP has served as a spiritual covering over Bonnaroo for years, recognizing the significae of more than 100,000 people gathering from all over the world in one small city. What began as continual worship and intercession eventually became the foundation from which Love@Roo itself was born. Before there was a ministry site, outreach spaces, or hospitality teams, there was prayer.

The name HIS STAGE was born out of the unique culture of Bonnaroo itself. Throughout the festival grounds, the main stages all carry distinct names—What Stage, Which Stage, That Stage, and more. In the middle of that environment, God placed it on our hearts to dedicate what we believe is the most important “stage” at the festival: the prayer room.

HIS STAGE is a declaration that even in the midst of a secular music festival, God is present, moving, and worthy of being front and center. While countless performances and experiences happen throughout the week, we believe worship and prayer remain the true foundation of everything we do. The name reflects our desire to create a space fully devoted to His presence, His voice, and His glory.

For years, the prayer room has existed offsite—faithfully covering the festival from a distance. But in 2026, we are incredibly excited to share that God has opened the door for HIS STAGE Prayer Room to move directly onto the festival grounds for the very first time.

This year, the prayer room will be hosted within a dedicated back-of-house space on the Love@Roo ministry site. While separate from the main public-facing ministry areas, this climate-controlled worship and prayer space will serve as the spiritual heartbeat of everything happening on-site throughout the week.

Though this transition brings new logistical challenges, we deeply believe the significance of what God is doing far outweighs the obstacles. We are filled with anticipation and expectation for what it means to have continual worship and intercession rising up from the festival grounds themselves. We believe this marks a powerful new chapter—not only for Love@Roo, but for the spiritual atmosphere surrounding Bonnaroo as a whole.

Throughout the week, teams will continually pray for safety—asking God to protect attendees from harm, heat-related illness, and overdoses, a major prayer point we have seen God faithfully answer in remarkable ways over the years. We cover every volunteer serving at Love@Roo, every production crew member, staff worker, artist, vendor, and attendee stepping onto the grounds.

We pray for divine encounters. For dreams, visions, healing, restoration, and moments where people encounter the undeniable presence of God—even if they never directly interact with our team. Our heart is that every person at Bonnaroo would be seen, known, and deeply loved by their Creator.

While the visible ministry happening on-site is beautiful and impactful, everything begins with prayer and that truth remains the heartbeat of HIS STAGE Prayer Room. Prayer is not preparation for the work—it is the work. Worship is not an accessory to our mission—it is the foundation.

At Love@Roo, everything starts with worship and intercession. Always.

Sign Up for the prayer room!

We’d love for you to be part of what God is doing through HIS STAGE. The prayer room runs for 120 hours straight, divided into simple two-hour shifts. You don’t have to be a gifted intercessor or worship leader—this isn’t about performance. It’s just you and the Lord, keeping the fire burning. Whether you quietly read Scripture, pray under your breath, worship softly, or just sit in His presence, your time matters. Every hour covered helps sustain a spiritual atmosphere of protection, breakthrough, and love over Bonnaroo and everyone involved. Come take your place. Help us keep the embers glowing.
